The presenter in this video states that a 3" hole should be cored into a countertop to receive the unit. Another Hubbell video specifies that 4" hole be cored to receive this unit. Which hole size is correct? It is very difficult to enlarge a 3" diameter hole to 4" in any surface

I have a 20kw 2021 Briggs & Stratton standby generator. I am installing a 6567 and/or 6031 cold weather kit but there is no pin connector at the battery compartment and/or back engine compartment to connect the battery warmer/oil warmer wiring harness. Where is the generator pin connector for the warmers?

I just got that product,I have install it on my front house wall,and is powering on by itself,and even if there's no movements in the night,the light is on,also in the day time the light is on, there's no papers to come with it telling me how to fix this problem...I just need my light to go on when someone is moving towards my front drive and to go off after 30 seconds...this light is on from 30 in 30 seconds even if no one is outside...sometimes staying on for more than 30 seconds ...I do have the remote but can't figure it out what's what on it...please help!Thank you!

hello i have a 12 k model #40590 i have the twisted pair 18/2 connected to ''2 wire start'' terminals in generator and the 240v 14/2 connected to terminal 26 27 in generator the generator will start but not transfer automatically any suggestions you could give me? i am an electrical contractor id like to make sure my control connections are right before calling service as it is a new generator

We have an older 7kw backup stationary unit runs on propane. Totally manual system, after years of service had to replace the magneto. Many filer/oil changes and valve adjustments later, runs like a top.

You better crank up production. I am sure half the state of Texas is looking into standby generators right now! I am going with the 20kw model if I can find any in stock.

So if this will be used as a sub then you would take out the bonding screw. Then I assume you would have to ad your own grounding bar with lug as I see no way to separate the two sides???

The instructions were written by someone who obviously doesn’t speak English. I cannot get it to work properly. The lights seem good quality but the remotes are very poor. Expensive and useless if it won’t work correctly. I’m thinking of binning mine and buying another make. Best avoided.

How do I know if my panel is a PON ready? Just bought a combo gfi and arc fault breaker that is PON with no pigtail, but I read my panel needs to accept this type of breaker.

The instructions or user manual that comes with these lights is garbage. Barely any information
