I never could imagine movement tech even being possible in classic Mega Man. Does Mega Man Maker allow the option for unlimited item use? Because I honestly don't see the point in it being limited other than forcing efficient gameplay and even then you'd have to build levels in a very specific way in order to make use of that. Heck, one addition that would be really cool if added if you could customize how much weapon energy a weapon could use and design levels built around one-time use or two-time use weapons.
