Kasia Szubert is a Polish violinist and music producer, combining classical education with passion,
audiovisual art, multimedia, the achievements of contemporary technology and experiments in her
artistic and stage activity.
She graduated from the Fryderyk Chopin Secondary Music School in Bytom and the Music Academy
I.J. Paderewski in Poznań in the violin class of the eminent professor Michał Grabarczyk. She has
participated in numerous international violin courses, raising her qualifications under the supervision
of the greatest virtuosos of European violin music.
As a soloist, she has performed, among others with the orchestra at the National Philharmonic in
Warsaw, NOSPR in Katowice, and also at the Poznań Philharmonic. She recorded for BBC radio in
Aberdeen, Scotland, and Polish Radio 2 and 3 programs.
Working with the largest music agencies in Europe, Asia and Africa, she performs spectacular artistic
events.
She has performed during such prestigious ceremonies as the inauguration of the Polish presidency
of the European Union, the EUCYS Gala and The American Chamber of Commerce in Poland. Her
concerts were an unforgettable attraction of the Xth Przystanek PAT, international fireworks at the
National Stadium and at Muchowiec Airport in Katowice, as well as the MOVIE CITIES Light Festival in
Jelenia Góra, the Magic Malbork multimedia show, the Royal Festival of Light in Wilanów and the
Elite Model Look Gala, Poland.
Due to the incredible ability to build an amazing atmosphere and memorable impressions, she has
repeatedly honoured sports galas and matches, including Grubba Polish Champions, Spinning
Underground Energy Zone, Wenglorz Fight Cup, Basketball Match, A1 MMA and K1, Wojak Boxing
Night, Underground Boxing Show and the DSF Kickboxing Challenge.
Kasia Szubert has collaborated and recorded with, Krzysztof Krawczyk, Aleksander Maliszewski,
Maryla Rodowicz, Zbigniew Górny, Goran Bregovic, Jennifer Rush, Lou Bega, Kayah, Zbigniew
Wodecki, Urszula, Perfect, Leo Rojas and many other stars of the Polish and world music scene.
She has given concerts with the Space Violin duo and is also the founder and leader of the Electrica
Duo instrumental duo, in which classic and electric violins resonate.
The artist is the originator of the multimedia performance of, Kasia Szubert - Electrica Laser Violin, in
which she combines dynamic instrumental arrangements with spatial laser scenery, jets of fire, stage
pyrotechnics, 3D video mapping and state-of-the-art technological advances such as laser harp and
laser bow.
The result of this extremely successful collaboration are not only numerous concerts, but also prizes,
among which one should be mentioned above all received in Las Vegas in 2014 for the best show in
the world in the category Music Festival and in 2016 in Baltimore for second place in the Effects /
Multimedia category for the Palladio show.
In the repertoire of violinist Kasia Szubert, apart from her own compositions, there are arrangements
of classic masterpieces of great composers, fragments of the most beautiful musicals, hits from film
music, pop, dance and rock. This is a fusion of the classic soul with unbridled stage energy and
temperament, which during concerts Kasia Szubert shares with her audiences, offering them amazing
and extraordinary impressions.
