I'm not pregnant but I have to wear a back brace, so these tips are perfect for me! Poorly made clothes constructed of cheap fabrics do not hang well on the body. I love some of the slightly oversized styles that are almost sculptural in nature so they look artistic and make a subtle statement.

My situation is so completely opposite I didn't think I could use these tips. I'm 56, I lost 75 lbs over the past year. I'm also doing a low buy. I think it's important to give yourself some grace if you fall out of a routine with your new habits. If, for instance, you pull a muscle during a workout or you go on a holiday (and your kettle bells are not with you LOL), just get back on track when you can. It's okay to dump a habit that just makes you unhappy.
