I've been re-watching some of the episodes, but I was wondering which episode it is that Starsky first calls them "Me and Thee". Was it in the pilot?
That line is from the episode Death Ride. Although in the Pilot there is a scene where they are talking about who they trust/depend on, and Hutch says , "who we always trust. Us." So the thought was there from the beginning.
