In case if the child has a difficulty learning how to tie two "bunny ears", it makes sense to tie just a single "bunny ear". This video breaks the process down step-by-step. Probably the best way of teaching would be backward chaining.

I found your synopsis of the first books of the Bible very interesting indeed! … l am a grandmother now in my mid seventies and when l was about your age l became a Christian and started reading the Bible….so l have been reading it for 60 years! Just tonight l was reading in the book of Hosea!…it delights me to see a young girl like you with that interest as well. Can l encourage you to keep reading the Bible? …it says in the Psalms - The entrance of Thy word gives light” l trust and pray this will be the case for you! God bless you dear young girl!

Just let him frickin type - stop holding the keyboard in the air. This is just Facilitated Communication. He's not even looking when he's pointing. If he can type, put the keyboard down and walk away.

This dad is doing an amazing job - to get to this level of communication takes hundreds of hours of painstaking work and patience…. for both the tutor and the pupil. If you don’t like the video - go watch something else and let those of us who are endeavouring to help our children/ grandson in our case - get on with the job! - ok?

No - when you are learning pseudoscience then you are NOT allowing him to learn from people who can help with tried and true methods. @@bobwishart8780

As someone who is #ActuallyAutistic functioning labels are harmful to autistics, as those who are classed as "high functioning" to alltisics, can also have the traits of those with "severe" autism

@@anubisai in the autistic community we prefer "high care needs" or "low care needs", this is why you should also be listing to autistic people themselves, as they are the only ones who know what it's like to be autistic!

I’m more concerned this young man is being treated as a puppet since this is a form of facilitated communication, a method that doesn’t work and isn’t a form of augmentative and alternative communication.

@@privatepile762 so what works then where he isn't a "puppet"?
