you should do inspectors as observers
The rot blocks should be differentiated a bit better. Maybe some of them have iterator materials in them? O.o
If it’s not already on the list, tnt can be those bombs (idk if tnt is powerful enough to be a rarfraction cell). Also a trident can now be a spear, with channeling being an electric spear!
You should change emeralds to pearls and villagers to scavs
I dont know if this is still a thing but i remember using the skindex when i was younger and when a pixel had no color it was transparent maybe you could try that with the trident to make a spear or a warden that has tentacles instead of arms and legs

If you see some rot in your snowy mountains, that’s just because Five Pebbles ejected some out and it happened to land there.
1:28 actually, it's not as static as you thinka despite not being eyes of the seeing sense, they do blink every now and again! Which could just be interpreted as their color slowly fading as pulses in the springs forth again! spawn one in free play mode, and watch its idle movements! Its pretty bizarre!

omg i was thinking of a rain world texture pack just a few days ago thank you! edit: is it possible to modify the piglins to be some sort of weird scav variant? also, maybe emeralds could be pearls or something of the like! Also, what about making soulsand wormgrass potentially?
can you change the ghast to a miros vulture pls and the piglen to scavengers
I love the resource pack so far and I’m impressed with how well you’re converted some of the characters and objects over. I’ve been trying to improve with commands so I was inspired to try and detect the rain and damage the player. After some trial and error I’ve come up with a way to do it. I don’t know how consistently it will work and it will need to be in a ticking area or spawn chunks for it to work anywhere in a world. (I’m also not entirely sure why parts of it work for how but they do seem to, I’ll update this if I need to correct it or if it needs to be more clear. For anyone who wants rain to hurt people there is a bit of set up but I’ve tried to make it clear enough to follow. The set up for it is a daylight sensor, a comparator facing it, an eight block long line of redstone dust from the comparator, then a solid block (wood, stone, something similar), a redstone torch on the block (place it in a location in which it turns off when raining), another solid block where the torch is facing and another torch in that (this one should be on when it’s raining), then a piston with a redstone block infront of it, place a repeating command block when the redstone block will be next to it when the piston is extended The command block should be as follows (exclude things in parentheses from the command): repeating, unconditional, needs redstone, tick delay 20 (how fast it triggers, 20 = 1 second 40 = 2 exc) /execute at @a as @a if blocks ~~2~ ~~5~(I think these numbers decide how many block up it should be) ~~~ all run damage @s 1(increase for more damage) drowning
Turn the blocks and mobs of the jungle biome and turn them into the animals and plants of the outer expanse. Turn the jungle dogs into caramel lizards, the parrots into squidcadas and ocelots into The watcher slugcat. Turn the jungle trees into the outer expanse trees and the jungle temples into the temples in outer expanse. Also, change gourmand into a panda and slime blocks into yeeks.
No clue if you can do this in resource packs but you should change the death message of getting frozen/consumed by powdered snow!
Now to make the books writing texture more pearl like and the swords into spears
Idea: turn Bees into Batflies and Bats into Squidcadas. It might not make sense to not turn Bats into Batflies, but Batflies have nests like Bees, while Squidcadas do not.
which drawing program are you using?
Here's my two cents: • Kelp into Monster Kelp • Dolphins as Jetfish • Cherry Trees to those trees in the Outer Expanse • Maybe some extra Fanmade Scugs to fill up the rest of the Cats skins, i mean, Downpour ones were originally mods, why not the rest too right? • Speaking of skins, Dog Skins to Lizards is a *must* bud • Illagers as Scavengers, is the closest thing we can get to them...

idea: make dolphins jetfish and tridents spears. also, what if the heart of the sea was rarefaction cell? the little stuff that goes around it could be like the stuff you see in peddles' heart
You could make dolphins jet fish they both give the player a boost in the water

I think you can change sounds too, so you can change eating sounds and the "burp" sound to the rain world alternative

should check out the ETF and EMF mods! they are kind of hard to work with, though :T also, maybe the rain might look better in white? or, even, a mix of dark grey and light gray?

make book-and-quill a white porl instead, so when u finish a book, it turns into a colored porl, and also make the music discs colored porls as well if you haven't done it yet

Here is a load of mob ideas: Piglins have similar mecanics to scavengers, Cacti or evoker crocodile-things could be pole plants, Vultures are phantoms, Vexes are noodleflys and maybe striders ad miros birds??? (not similar funtionally). Im excited to see the future of this texture pack!

if/when this texture pack gets done (and is avalible to the public) ima get this. im a big rw fan and need this in my texture pack list. anyways hath at ye a list of ideas to add: you should fix the half food pips to be more transparent like in game. food pips (in game) are only fully white if its a full pip. (not an idea just a fix) tridents to electric spears lava to acid or void fluid fire charge to bomb *explosion noises* clock could be the rain timer (you can choose the karma in it and if karma flower protections on :> ) horses could be retextured to look more like rain deer wither rose could be worm grass (worm grass consumes all with the rot) rotten flesh could be neuron fly (oh no the zombies stole moon's neurons D: ) shroomlights could be the big sun-like seed things found in oe trees you dont have to add all of these (and other people might have better ideas for the same item). this is just to be me pointing my hyperfixation to attack minecraft's textures /j

You should make the snow-rot garbage waste colored, and maybe warden looks like a Mother Long Legs, as both, technically possible, aren’t really MEANT to be killed.
I think the rot textures need to be less dark, or make the transition less hard from the blue to black

2 words Lizard dogs It makes sense because the different dog variants spawn in different biomes/regions sooo pretty please add them (suggestions: the most common variant people find can either be green or pink - the snowy can be a strawberry lizard and the black a Cyan)

The pearl may be confused with slimeballs if you haven't seen a Gourmand yet, you may consider re-colouring it; I'd recommend a pearlescent pearl (like the pale green one in the Wall) with a leather brown body and a paper white spot (or glint in this case) to make it resemble books even more. I'd also like to see if you can change the sculk shrieker particles, if so they would look really good in a cross-shape.

Yup man, very smart how he put some rw game elements to minecraft, really cool and underrated lol (anyway here some sort of tip if can called by, you may can change some models of mobs, items or block without any mod,datapack that rewrite the json files of minecraft or program like mccreator, use blockbench or something like that, y honestly dont remember how is the process but is possible man, grateful if this can help you man 👍)
