Thank you for your videos. I have a BN-20. I am having overspreying issues with black only. In the nozzle test, cmy are perfect with the lines but black is missing some lines and crossing some lines. I have talked to a technician here (I am in Istanbul, Turkey) and advised that we should change the print head. I was wondering what would your comment be? I have tried head soaking for couple of days but nothing changes on the nozzle test and with the overspreying problem. Any recommendation?

been using this ink for a year now. I can tell you. you will have to find the right ICC to make this work to get close to the roland Max sol colors. it took me a chunk of my time. and I am still to this day only have maybe 75% of my original color gamut to match. but it is quality ink

What initiates the start of this pump, my white will randomly drain all lines seemingly back to the cartridge, new captop and on start up you can see ink being drawn into the line, then at some random point the pump will start up and immediately shoot ink all the way to the head in a second, but come back about 4 hours later and all white ink lines are empty again, backflow issue? No signs of any ink leakage

I’ve already relaxed the printhead and dampeners. We just can’t get ink flow back. Any ideas on what we’re still missing? We don’t havef a clogged line as we were able to suction ink through each line prior to changing out the print head and then the dampeners.

When I plugged the ribbon wires back in and put the printhead back, it just pretends to print. No ink is coming out now. Any idea what I did wrong?

Can you provide any tips on perf cutting this material? When I cut most of the cut is great but I get rough spots where the blade lifts and resets.

Print technician here that only works for older models for new models you have to have the correct software to put it in service mode
