    why was Dan called "Lion Welp of Bashan"?

    • @GospelandSpade
      @GospelandSpade 13 днів тому

      The verse (Deuteronomy 33:22l is speaking about the tribe of Dan and is comparing the tribe to a young lion, which are known for their strength and boldness. Most likely, Bashan was a well-known haunt for lions in Old Testament times and so that is why it connects the place with lions. So probably what this verse is talking about is that the tribe of Dan would boldly leap upon its prey much like a young lion in Bashan would do. Some also think it could be prophetically alluding to the later judge Samson, who was from the tribe of Dan and killed a lion and was also brave, strong and bold.

    Ahasuerus is Artaxerxes Longimanus because Daniel's prophecy in Dan 9 calculates the year of the Cross from his reign. Xerxes was never home. His son Artaxerxes Longimanus was at home and he ruled the same area. And Ezra says he was harassed about the Jews, this indicates the trouble with mordacai and Haman. Logical sense when you have the correct docs.

    Hello, I am a Biblical genealogist and I'd like to point out a couple things about this. Pedaiah son of Jehoiachin/Jeconiah (1 Chron 3:17-18) was born just after Jeconiah was taken captive too Babylon (after Mar 597BC). All of Jeconiah's children were born in Babylon. As such, its hard to explain why a bulla which would needs be created in Babylon would end up in Jerusalem. Also Jeconiah was stripped of his Kingship (3 month reign). Why would bulla make reference to a dethroned King? Another more likely possibility is this Bulla is of a Pedaiah son of an earlier King. A look at any Bible dictionary you'll find 7 Pedaiah's listed. It was apparently a common name. Whether one of these others Pedaiah's were a son of a King, or yet some other Pedaiah not mentioned in scripture, remains to be discovered. If the debris strata the bulla was taken from is close to the 600BC time frame, then maybe Josiah had a brother named Pedaiah?

    Literal Concrete evidence of Pontius Pilates existence , If the story of Christ never happened why make up a story using real people ? surely Pilate and people who knew him would have shut down the Christian Narrative , I think something truly supernatural happened 2000 years ago .

    God only approved of two churches the Church of Philadelphia in the Church of Smyrna because they taught who the Sons of Satan were in Matthew 13 verse 38 and 39 where Jesus taught it and John 8:44. Cain was the son of Satan as described in Genesis 3:15 and 16 when God separated the seed from Eve and the serpent which is really Satan. Don't be deceived Jesus Christ is coming soon but not before Satan the Antichrist comes as Paul teaches in second Thessalonians 2 1 through 4 the whole world follows him Revelation 13:3 don't be deceived by Man Mark 13
