Hey Keira, informative video. I agree, similar to mass media these youtube or instagram videos are primarily marketing/selling on emotions and discourage critical thinking. You mentioned that you broker for SBA loans and I was curious, have you ever written or heard of an SBA loan for a pool cleaning route? In this example one that I would look at would have X number or years with vehicles, equipment and contract accounts and Tax records for cashflow of business I would be acquiring but will most likely be home based. Hello Kira. It’s nice that you have a nice and clean Laundromat we recently started to use a laundromat since our house was flooded and we don’t have a washer and dryer for now. But it’s nice that you continue to be a good owner. Continue to do good with your laundromat and continue to provide services like you mentioned. God Bless you and keep doing what you do.

Laundromats in my country are much much smaller. 6 washers, 6 dryers. Open 24/7. I don’t know how much they’re making but it would be nice to buy a franchise.

My wife and I reached and scheduled time with Keira to discuss the laundromat industry and how SBA financing could play a role. She is very knowledgeable, supportive, and responsive. I'm fairly sure I know who you are referring to I have honestly learned a little to nothing from all the videos I've watched and also I don't have money to throw around I'm dying of cancer and everything means the world to me I'm just trying to get something going where I can just make a couple hundred dollars a week I'm not shooting for millions it's sad not everything is explained I won from a sizeable yearly income ain't got laid off as soon as my company found out I had cancer they thought I was more of a liability at that point so now I'm trying to get by at barely 5% the government gives me over what I made at my workplace and said I've been working since I was 8 years old I'm 54 now and don't even have the money to go outside the house to do anything

What is the price difference between self service and was and fold?($or%) How much extra do you charge for pick up and delivery ? What are your most popular machines in self service 8kg ,12kg ,15kg?
