Im from rural south texas and live in denver now. Whenever i wanna escape the city i come up to cheyenne and Wyoming. It reminds me of home back in texas. Good, nice country folk. I always feel totally safe there and meet nothing but nice people. Im actually going up here in a couple days to go to Curt Gowdy State Park

Cheyenne? I grew up there, lived here, and still it is the best? The best because we don’t put up with slackers, have a homeless shelter for down n’ outer, for 30 days only. Then get out and stay out. There is no place for “takers” only self suppliers.

Don't try to get folks to move to Cheyenne As the city grows crime will come with it. The politics will change and everything you love will quickly vanish. That's what happened to the Front Range during the Dot Com boom, as California moved east.

I just found your videos. You make a really good job informing about your City/State. I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina and I have to say you live on a great place. Seems like it's safe, clean and calm. I may never be able to go to the US due to my economy, but if I had to choose a place to live in the US I'll choose Cheyenne.

Cheyenne has the biggest population in WY with 65,168. Casper has 58,720. Cheyenne gained the most population in 2023 (+585) in terms of numbers. Wyoming is a beautiful state (and wonderfully sparsely populated unlike Colorado), but the winter weather and the year-round wind is the deal-killer for most people.

Wyoming had a golden rule in the wintertime. If the gates are not down, you go. Meaning. Small front wheel city vehicles are no good in Wyoming unless you can drive in the winter. Ice, snow, and high winds. I never in my life have used chains. Any type of vehicle in winter in Wyoming or anywhere else. It's in the tires. Street tires don't work. Just have all season tires. Mud and snow with big tread will make you slide on ice easily. Cheyenne is the best town or city in Wyoming. Way more to offer. RockSprings and Casper next. The rest are smaller. Lander is the best for camping and fishing. Jackson Hole is for the rich. Gillette is okay. Close to the Black Hills. Most jobs in Wyoming are medium to low pay. Mining, oil and gas fields, and construction are the highest pay. Mining in RockSprings or north of Douglas. If you can get into the gas plants. Cheyenne is the best. New homes going up. East of town mainly.

The losers from Cheyenne are moving to Fort Collins ad during their pickups like aggressive jackwads. Stay in Cheyenne, losers.
