I can't do any of this to her cuz she starts with sanctuary. I'm not allowed to attack her unless she attacks first

What i did was sneak behind him and drop a bunch of barrels, bombs and fireworks. One explosive arrow and it was over

This won’t work anymore , here’s what I did : send someone in group down to vampire first , keep astarion with rest of group up the stairs , they will initiate combat and astarion can join without getting pulled into sacrifice and have to be saved . I sent shadowheart with sanctuary and spit out daylight spell ( daylight is crucial ) made fight way more manageable

My druid made this fight pretty easy I just transformed into a enlarged owl bear and crushed him followed by a multi attack pretty easy fight.

I used the rune powder bomb I got from Walden

I lost all my companions in this fight. I soloed it with my Paladin wearing the Steel watcher's Helmet and the displacement cloak, it was slow but it was funny watching them all miss and unable to blind me.

Very helpful. I did not have all the casters or spells, but this did help eliminate many of the foes. Once pruned they are much easier to take out one at a time. Thank you.
