Magical Realism: A 21st Century Reconsideration. Video Essay
By evaluating contemporary examples of Magical Realist texts, we can return to Marquez's seminal novel One Hundred Years of Solitude with a more authentic understanding of the notions of reality and being, which 20th century, postmodern, eurocentric readings failed to understand.
