I know this was posted abt a month ago but I figured I would just mention it. It’s not uncommon to have foreigners in kpop. Like you saw in the guide there are 2 aussies in skz. In black pink Rosé is from Australia as well, Lisa is from Thailand and I believe Jennie is from New Zealand but I could be wrong. Other groups like twice have 3 Japanese members and 1 Taiwanese member (along with 5 Koreans) and another group called Red Velvet has someone from Canada. There are a ton of other idols in groups that are from other countries, but I just listed a few. I hope this was informative:) I love your reactions!

I love what you said about needing to step out your comfort zone to experience kpop. There is a whole language and culture difference, but when you take a little time there is so much to learn and appreciate. For example, in kpop it's common for groups to make music in Korean, English, and Japanese, and they'll be actively learning languages and studying online degrees whilst working as an artist. Kpop artists in Korea have quite a different celebrity culture to Western artists. They sort of train to be celebrities, they sign with a company and train with them for years in dance, singing, rap- but also learning how to manage media, how to conduct themselves as role models. They get held to a (sometimes too) high standard and even something like smoking can seriously damage someone's career. Their lives are also very public, they will do livestreams, vlogs, groups like Stray Kids have youtube series where they sit down and talk in depth about their relationships with one another. The commitment and intensity is huge, they can be judged harshly but they still give us so much of themselves, that's probably one of the reasons fans do not mess around about defending or protecting them from disrespect. I hope you keep doing reactions together this was fun to watch. (Just one small note, for me I couldn't hear your voices clearly when you spoke whilst the guide was playing, just thought it might be useful to know 😊. )

i probably will get hate for saying this, but all those people need to go to jail for endangerment for a long time, i get it its all fun and thrill seeking etc, and its kind of entertaining to watch the drifting parts etc, like drifting around the cop car etc but come on, do it where no one will get hurt but your self, don't be doing that on a busy street where there are a lot of people where you almost hit someone, and dont be running red lights where you almost hit someone's car, and most of all don't be doing that on a motorway where you will hit someone's car and just run off, that really sucks for other people, they have no accountability, go play video games or going on a race track where you will not hurt anyone, the world needs a hard reset again
