we use the same machine but how you manage to cool the inverters, we are continuously getting inverters damaged by overheating. Its original cooling system is not enough.

Held the pre-heat too long and the the nozzle is dirty... feed speed could be quicker... always do a test cut to find out which settings/pressures suit...
Does the CNC control panel has gas control valves, or do we have to control if from the oxygwn/log regulator?
CNC controllers use a M code too instruct the solenoids too open/close for cutting... pre-heat timings etc can be done manually and when the required heat has been applied then the cnc program can be started..... Nozzle selection is vital... Applied kerf,, and if in doubt do a test cut and find out what pressures/feed speeds suit ...
