Sizes for 1” depth 6x6” Base Cut card at 8-1/8 by 8-1/8” Lid Cut card at 8-3/16 by 8-3/16” Score @1” Sizes for 5x7” Base Cut card @ 7-1/8 by 9-1/8” Lid Cut card @ 7-3/16 by 9-3/16” Score @ 1” For half inch depth reduce sizes by 1” & score at 1/2”

This would have been handy some years ago for me! When I went to school and then Uni, we only used metric measurements. I re-taught myself to use inches when I started crafting. Now I use inches in cardmaking but cm-s in anything else 🙈 kinda just assume people know these, but i can see how it can be confusing to many, I, for one, made so many mistakes at the start! ❤

Hello Elaine, my name is Jackie, and I really enjoyed this video!! Was taken with Shabby Dragonfies stamp set by Phil Martin. I was trying to find the set, but had no luck. Would you pls direct me to the proper place to find this?? Really love ❤️ the images!! Also the name of his video?? That's so much for your lovely creation!! I learned ALOT about layering images/text!! I think I have the courage to try this now, after watching/listening to your thought process!! Am looking forward to new videos!!

Lovely cards. I've got the same trimmer as you and i still get confused after all these year with eights and sixteenths . Be good if you did video on that.😂. Thankyou. Alison.x
Hi Alison every line is a sixteenth then every second line is an eighth therefore if you want to cut one line before the quarter it’s 3 sixteenths so basically x4 sixteenths make a quarter and 2 sixteenths is one eighth hope this helps xx

Pretty card 😍 i don’t think there is a right way or wrong way, just so many different ways to make shakers ☺️ i used vellum before for the front if a shaker but didn’t emboss it, great idea 👍🏻💗
