The Well of Death was a practice performance that kept the audience on edge at our festivals and circuses. It's a death-defying, gravity-defying stunt. Motorcycles and small cars ride along the steep sides of a 30- to 60-foot-diameter cylinder made of wooden planks shaped like a well. Along with this practice, demonstrations are also conducted.
Practitioners are encouraged by spectators on the platform built above the well. Scientifically speaking with friction & centrifugal force
Driving vehicles on steep sides. It was once a sight in festivals across North India.
