This is an interesting presentation on the cooking of sinigang na bangus. I've always thought the fish goes in first and then the veggies. Maybe the sabaw would really taste interesting with all the flavors of the veggies on top of the sinigang mix. Thanks for the share.

Hi. Yes po. Lahat nman mkkaranas ng healing crisis pag uminom ng wkg. Pero mararanasan nyo po yun sa unang linggo ng pag inom, habang tumatagal ay lumilipas din nman. Wag po matakot pag mkkaranas ng healing crisis dahil ibig sabihin po nagwwork ang wkg sa katawan natin.

@@jen389 hi Maam, 24 hours na po since nag ferment ako. pero wala pa pong mga nakalutang na grains. may mali po kaya akong ginawa. 500mL water po tas 2 tbsp ng kefir grains at sugar. sana po masagot nyo. salamat po.
@@edriankayerico malaking factor din po Mam ang panahon. Pag tag ulan o malamig ang panahon, di po lahat lumulutang. As long na umaasim po ung water kefir ok parin po yan.
