I’ve been so into this play though! I also agree Owen and Abby had a deep connection. It made it much sadder to see her find him dead from her perspective after we’d seen them together when they were young, and how he was there for her when her dad died. He even put his life in danger many times for her. I personally love his character but most of the fandom hates him (and Abby) unfortunately

Does the regular audio/ missing video issues continue through this gameplay? I want to keep watching because I really enjoy your commentary, but I'm often bummed out becouse of the missing content. Edit: unfortunately this issue continues… I continued watching and several emotional cutscenes are missing, as well as an entire episode from season 2 (seattle day 2)

Abby Is not the villan . This game Is great because there are no villans or all of them are villan. Everybody Is right and wrong at the same time. Like in real life.

I think that when Elie cuts the infected in the rubble, it is to demonstrate that they are unfeeling. They dont react to the cut at all, they dont appear to feel pain. I dont think it is malicious from Ellie, she wants to see if they are like humans, and they arent.

This was an amazing episode, and a believeable and - despite the circumstances - beautiful love story. It's just incredible what the show was able to do in 30-something minutes that many modern movies can't do in two hours, or in some expamples even trilogies ( *cough* Star Wars preguels *cough* ) or pentolgies( *cough* The Twilight movies *cough* ) .. 💔

I cried more than Greg when watching this. But seriously, this is one of the best stories on TV in a decade, at least. So much love, pain, care, humour, all told in this amazing tale of two people who discovered love after they thought the world has ended. This is what a perfect episode looks like. And on top of that, I discovered Linda Ronstadt, she is amazing. It was great re-watching these highlights with you Sofie, I'm glad you like the show as well. 🙂

it was a great reaction... i think you could be great for series reactions... maybe do polls on what series you have not watched and would be interested in reacting to them... the usual series people react to you might have watched already but... attack on titan, game of thrones, mr robot, true detective season 1, or maybe movies.. have you seen cloverfield 2007 ... great short movie to react to.

Ellie was seeing if there was any humanity left in the infected when she cut it. Her anger when she killed it was due to Riley and Tess being bit.

The full story including Ascension and the PSP games Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta are not necessary to understand Kratos. They're more filler than anything. They also break the canon of the original game where he thought killing a god is impossible, because it had never been done before, but in those prequels he kills multiple gods, so it should not have come as a surprise.
