@@GAM3R3D is it possible not to let elbow to be outside shoulder? Imagine you try to toproll your opponent but get stuck above the pad (example levan ermes match) then the elbow is outside of shoulder, it is inevitable

@@youngamazoners there is difference between outside shoulder and outside shoulder. Sometimes pros positions are textbook armbreak positions, but everything in their arms are much stronger and it wont break (but there are examples where they happen, see Zurab). Also in this case the guy went sideways and his body turned different direction than the arm. Hip and elbow should stay closer to each other, also body shouldn't turn out that much, also one should pull more instead of going sideways. But I'm sure there will be someone who can explain this better.

@@youngamazoners When he says outside shoulder he means take your right arm and try to rotate it as far to the right as possible without moving your shoulders. Eventually you hit a wall where your body doesn't move that way. Keep going (with only 15 lbs of force) and your humorous breaks in a spiral fracture. To prevent this, image you have a laser pointer coming out from between your pecs (chest muscles) shooting straight forward. Keep that laser pointed directly at your hand, and your arm can never break.
