I came to see what the Cathedral looked like--instead I heard a lot of criticism of the Christian religion. We are speaking of humanities here--the Buddha destroyed by the Taliban is an example. We need to cherish the beauty of this edifice for the amazing thing it is. We need to engender the protection of these achievements of the past--the like of which will never be seen on earth again after they are gone. Show us the Cathedral--show us what our ancestors accomplished with basic tools and wonder at how they did it.

The last photograph you show when talking about the prison being moved to Mousehold Heath is of Britannia Barracks and not the prison building which is sited behind the barracks on Knox Road.

This is my home city and it is the most beautiful City in all of England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and Norwich Cathedral the most majestic and awe inspiring. Though it is not quite as high as Salisbury Cathedral it feels higher for some reason. It is the second highest in the UK 🇬🇧 at 315 feet high. I’ve always wanted to ascend the spire. I wonder if one of the priests would be naughty enough to make an exception for this Norwich lad who has never lost his love of the building 😏

My Dad has painted Norwich Cathedral so many times. In fact I was confused as a child and thought it was called ‘Nigels Cathedral’ 🤣🤣

There are no plans for a longer film yet but in addition to this one and Dragon Hall we're doing one featuring a character related to each of the following iconic buildings in Norwich over the next few months: Norwich Catheral, Norwich Castle, the Great Hospital, The Halls - St Andrew's and Blackfriars', the Guildhall, the Assembly House, The Forum, St James Mill.
