LG linear compressors only have one winding. So, one pin is not used. That's why you only have a 2 wire connector both on the outside and inside of the compressor. You were looking for something that wasn't there, unfortunately.

You should have installed a regular compressor from an old fridge and installed a 12 volt relay activated from the condenser fan to activate the compressor...i did it and the fridge has been working hapilly ever since..i even got the fridge for free..

I am with you. I have a 2022 LG refrigerator. I won’t bore you will all the issues I have had, but I will tell you that it is my first LG and will be my last.

My LG POS also failed but it has a 10 warranty that covers only the compressor part cost. Mine still run but produces no pressure. I think mine has a failed seal ua-cam.com/video/RbG75a6u4bU/v-deo.html

That's crazy. Why would they even put a plug inside a non-servicable compressor like this? Just solder or crimp it directly to the internal terminals.
