I've had invisalign and braces, with invisalign I don't literally any pain at all, when I do it's when I put on a new aligner or when I start and tbh its only like 5/10 pain, as bad as a mild headache, and it only lasts for a hour and you can eat whatever you want, when I wore braces constant crying and pain, horrible like 8/10 pain always and then 10/10 pain when u start like its like a severe headache
