Kayaking in Death Valley?
Переглядів 1644 місяці тому
We visited Lake Manley the day before kayaking was restricted due to the water level lowering. Then we found a nice spot to camp. There were strong winds which caused us to stay a day longer. We didn’t want the camper to blow off the road, but it was a fun experience!

It was small but painful. the blood blister might be deeper than I went. But some fluid came out, enough to release the pressure for now. The Bite was right on the cuticle line. I might need to try again if fluid builds.

Taking a fun trail in Moab, Utah called Poison Spider. Great guide from Epic 4x4 guided us and kept us safe. This video is purely the off roading we did.

In just a short week we were able to see 8 National Parks and several state parks along with other fun sights. We really packed a lot in and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

It was a fun day seeing all the old buildings. Btw, if you’re ever up near Eureka, Ca take a swing by Chapman’s Gems and rocks in Fortuna since you rocks.

5:01 is terrifying/ i guess it was colder but snakes and scorpions jump out of those kind of places.... otherwise nice views and relaxing desert scenes thanks for taking us along

That Thumbnail is just too precious! Oh so sweet. City folks, lol. I use to get college kids out of the sand at UNLV games. You could have backed out w/o letting the air out. You guys be careful!

Did you ever see the phantom donkeys cross the highway in a line? My husband was a truck driver and saw them on Hwy 95, and so did other drivers in a convoy he was in that day. He couldn't stop in time as they appeared when he was right almost on them, so he drove through them and looked in his rearview and they were still there crossing, and when he asked the drivers behind him if they saw them, one said he did, and had seen them more than once before as well. Then when they got to a cafe to stop and eat the worker said "Did you see them? I could tell by the look on your face." So what do you know about this sort of thing? I can't find any information online about this. I would think people would be talking about it online.

@@whitewave777 lived in Beatty from near birth to 18 and I've never heard of "phantom donkeys." Heard of lots of other weird things but never that. Had a friend whose mom was into every weird desert legend and never brought that up.
