Most synthetic motor oil is not pure synthetic. Mobil one years ago was pure synthetic and castrol started selling a ( synthetic) oil that Mobil discovered used a petroleum base oil. So Mobile sued Castrol and the court ruled for Castrol saying it was enough synthetic oil? That’s why products like Amsoil will cost more because they are more costly to manufacture. That Kirkland oil is probably equal to mobile which makes it great value but if you want the best Amsoil is hard to beat!

The biggest difference between Kirkland oil and the bigger oil companies is their marketing budgets.

This oil is great for domestic and japanese vehicle requiring 0W-20 synthetic oil. I would not us this oil in European vehicles as manufacturers like BMW and VW/Audi always have very specific approvals with very specific additive packages required to meet the special demands of their high performance engines and emission control systems. For example, I have an Audi SQ5 which specifically calls for 0W-20 & VW 508 approval which this oil does not have. But if I still had my 2015 Lexus RC350, I would definitely not hesitate to use this oil. I know my dad uses this oil in his subaru Ascent and absolutely loves it. He changes his oil every 5k miles and has had no problems after driving across the country 6 times in all different climates, and in highway as well as city driving. My dad stocks up every time they have this oil on sale. You will always find at least 20 quarts of this oil in his garage at any given time.

They are known to leak from inside the timing cover. No idea what it was.

Thanks for the video ! I was able to install a new battery on my Avalon Hybrid Limited 2013 today (apparently the original one lasted for 12 years !!!). I found that the same battery is used on Lexus models and I actually got it from my local Lexus dealership for only $268 + tax :)

Been using Kirkland 5W20 and 5W30 for the past 5 years, I used to Mobil1 previously , but I do add BG MOA too at every oil change. Can’t beat the Price especially when you do 5000K oil changes

Is this a reputable company? I can't find many reviews. Not great reviews on their customer service and their website is a joke. Is this a legit company? Seems a bit too good to be true. (But I'm still considering buying one, because the price is insane!). Is it holding up?

What PSI are you using to inflate the boat?

It’s not a 3 prong because the machine is plastic, had it be made out of metal or any other conductive material, it would be a 3 prong.

Can you make an update video? How do you like it, is it holding up well after deflating and inflating a few times? How are the flat seats and the paddles it comes with?

You really have to work on preparing what you're talking about, before you start filming. Your video is good - but your presentation leaves much to be desired: between the "uummm; aah.." and the countless breaks of finding words... it would have been SO MUCH better if your script was prepared ahead of time.

3:56 Kirkland, mobile 1,or Amazon Basics does not offer 100% synthetic. They Claim Full synthetic. Amzoil signature Series does 100% Synthetic.

Mobil has an agreement with Toyota USA to produce OW-16 full synthetic oil. Toyota needed an oil company to meet their OW-16 standards, and Mobil stepped up to the plate. Other brands now produce OW-16 full synthetic oil..You cannot find conventional oil in OW-16.

Its good oil, been using it here and there. Cant beat the price. Im a loyal castrol fan. Castrol edge 0w20. I am getting 43.7mpg on the interstate in my 2019 civic coupe ex-t. Thats with snow tires, winter blend gas, and cold temps at 70mph. I also change my oil every 3500 miles in winter because of oil dilution. So I use the kirkland mostly during winter. As for low viscosity have you seen the new corolla uses 0w08!
