I think this one can not be used the show location of enemy but the distract the player who is peeking with op.

Sorry to say this but the dart is very easy to shoot, and sova is one of the worst initiators to use on fracture so maybe make another lineup that's harder to shoot or with another agent that is better suited for fracture.
