Can we continue pregnancy in this condition ?

There is a minimal difference in the whole evaluation process of risk assessment with a 90%correct NT plane. We have to accept that, NT is all about the right Fetal position rather than the person doing it. Even with all protocols followed , if you don't get the fetus on its protocol based position, it's practically impossible to get the perfect plane. Therefore, if the NT is little off the perfect plane, then also, the measurements can be taken into account if there is not much grossly inaccurate . As all of us do NT scan on daily basis, we all have acquired that perception as to which NT is going to be abnormal and which are likely to be normal just by eye balling. We need to relax guys,,, you never get the perfect plane. You can't call back the patient for days n days just for that Few adjustments. If eyeballing gives you an impression that NT is going to be normal, I guess, little off the the protocol measurements will do less impact on the risk assessment.
We give too much back to our patients by free... it's absolutely true as Dr Khurana pointed. We need to sometimes pull that mentality out off our shoulders and let the people know the value of their physicians. Once they start getting anything for free, they expect next thing to be free as well. In Europe, a friend of mine told me, that getting any additional advice or opinions from physicians is like Gold. Nothing is free in Europe. But in India, Drs are too kind hearted that we charge for consultations only but end up doing USG and surgeries for free.
