I did ride the Westinghouse internal glass elevator here back in June 2015 and not the enclosed elevators or the outside glass elevators because I was on a time crush, unfortunately I have no video for that, but I wish I could post that throwback video on UA-cam. I was staying at the Marriott Marquis next door to the Hilton.

I guess these elevators were installed in 2000 or 2001 depending on the time this resort opened. Even has the rare call button arrow brailes for up and down.

This elevator needs to be repaired

The Green Garage elevator should have the controller and motor replaced not the interior.

Actually, i think they would unlock them or unsmart key card the elevators during huge events. But i could be wrong. They give you special keys if you atay in the hotel. They will if you politely ask.

I might guess that there are more Abell elevators in a couple Menards stores in Wisconsin. Like how there is a Menards in Fond du Lac that has an Abell elevator.

Unfortunately, they are now smart locked. And it makes it a lot harder for people to use the elevators when there is events. The elevators will take a minute longer.

Nice motor and startup on this one. I've had a few instances where the buttons on a Schindler MT got sticky, particularly because I pushed them a little too hard. It happened at Monona Terrace, and ironically, they replaced the interior buttons on those elevators with vandal resistant buttons, but not the call ones. But yeah, sometimes I wonder, why do those buttons in particular stick like that to begin with?

I was here in November 2023 I tried to get to the Polaris on Elevator 1 & it was locked & I tried to use a key & it didn't work
