Я думаю супер патроны это местный аналог изношенного кинжала, который на самом деле не такой мощный как револьвер если попасть в середину, так что возможно разработчики хотели добавить супер патроны, однако решили вырезать потому что думали что игроки не будут ими пользоваться на геноциде либо они просто не знали куда их поместить и в каком локации.
