I live here. Im fact you passed my house by that new park. 146th is hot garbage. I love my home but getting on thr freeway to literally do anything is getting old. Luckily i work from home but there is literally nothing here. In 10 or 15 yrs it will be nice.

I believe she's just trolling for business with a salacious tag line to boost her sales. She starts with a sales pitch, not a confidence booster. She probably works for a rival developer and is trying to disparage Daybreak. Daybreak is a well planned, well maintained community, which I much prefer to most of the cities around the country today. She wants us to believe that after legally binding contracts are signed & pre-settlement estimates accepted by both parties, that Daybreak comes in AT settlement with an unmentioned, undocumented $25,000 fine? That's BS! It would have no legal footing & mean 0. If residents were not informed about this supposed change, it's unenforceable. She contradicts herself several times, says she's not seen it, but heard it, never contacted Daybreak to prove the validity of her claims & makes no sense. I hope she gets sued. Ignore this woman & do your own research.

Daybreak is sending out fine scouts weekly this year. They have started harassing residents as soon as next day for trash cans and signs. They will fine you for trying to leave or let it out. The hoa is completely incompetent, their only hope is that the builder lawsuit will pay them out of their losses. Every street has multiple for sale signs. It's a mess.

What I've found really difficult is trying to find good land here that is cheap, but with trees, or just anything more than dirt. Like, I just want a few acres for a homestead between some trees, but all the options I've seen are "no, go to beryl, you can only have dirt" haha

Always annoys me that Mormons/mormonism can hide behind religious protection when their religion bleeds into often toxic/negative cultural or political practices that impact everyone. They can pass absurd liquor laws or worse, discriminate against the LGBT community to their hearts content, drive up teen su!cide rates, the whole works, but in so many cases when challenges on these, they scream and cry and pull the "you're discriminating against me!!!" card. Not even a criticism of your video. Just a sad acknowledgement of how much protection religions have, regardless of how toxic they are, and how happy they are to bleed the lines between they beliefs and the rest of society when it benefits them.
