This is for tanning purpose if you have naturally dark skin then it won't work dear

tum gadhi bhi ho, skin color ko sirf glow krsakta hai, skin ko detan krsakta hai, wo tumhari skin ka color change nahi krsakta. try being comfortable in your own skin. aur glow matlab gora nahi hota

Yes I advise to avoid it during winters because it may make ur skin rough and dry
