Crown Creator Studios is a holistic wellness company based out of Harford County, MD. After first discovering the power of meditation and sound healing, Bridgette realized that her passions lie in the exploration of healing arts and Eastern wellness practices. Bridgette has studied both on and off body treatment utilizing the art of sound frequency healing, breath and asana (postural stretch). During her RYT200 Kundalini Yoga training (Yogi Bhajan lineage) she took a deeper look into the world of spiritual practice through the study of breath, mantra, yantra, asana and Ayurvedic principles. Since then she has most recently been learning the art of Vedic Thai Bodywork (under Michael Mukti Buck) and looks forward to offering you her findings from each.
