Yes, this is incredily well timed, to say the least. Thank you Dannell for presenting your teaching pedagogy and engagement with students in a clear and concise short presentation. I appreciate the pratical information that you shared as well. Such as, scheduling, software and equipment choices, surveys, and interaction with students. Very informative and inspiring. -AG

Not sure I described my online teaching clearly... using Blackboard I do a synchronous lecture for 45-75 minutes with student/class interaction. This lecture is also recorded so students can revisit the lecture. I will also create 1 or 2 asynchronous technical instruction videos. These are not perfectly produced. They are like my classroom instruction. Students are able to meet with me one-on-one virtually. In my Web Traffic & Analytics course, I am able to break the class into teams, following the synchronous lecture. They meet separately in virtual meeting rooms, and then we reconvene in the main room where each team will give a presentation.

As a deaf designer, I would strongly encourage captioning this video or at least make sure to correct the errors/gaps generated by the auto-captions if you want this to be more beneficial and accessible for more folks. Thanks for considering.
