Crafting has been my therapy too since I lost my first born (35 weeks then she lost her heartbeat). I couldn’t imagine not being able to craft. Appreciate your transparency ❤ I need to remind myself of your helpful tips as I try to declutter and organize my craft supplies. It’s super overwhelming and frustrating because of my limitations due to autoimmune arthritis. It’s decided to attack my dominate hand so I’m forced to do only a little at a time.

I have been disabled all my lifeand in constant pain, but then 2019 diagnosed with aggressive breast & lymph node cancer I couldn't craft for 18 months, now I suffer with limited use of my arm & fingers ( damage from chemo & lymphoedema) but the fatigue is really debilitating sadly new years eve I have been told I have rheumatoid arthritis which has been a huge blow on op of everything else.I am very lucky to have an amazing caring husband but.my life is sat/ sleep on sofa, hospital appointments so my happy place is crafting !! Xx

I find it fascinating that so many of us in the crafty community have chronic illnesses! The biggest game changer for me personally was figuring out a system to store and organize unfinished projects. Feeling like I had to finish everything so I could clear it off my work station caused me to push myself way too far physically, but also mentally (more times than I'd like to admit). Finding and tweaking a system to put projects on pause has been so helpful in listening to my body. Thank you for sharing your tips and your experience. I appreciate your vulnerability and letting us know we're not alone! 💕

Agree with what you say. I have Leukemia and speed through everything in a morning, and often crash in the afternoon. My bones hurt everyday, but crafting makes me forget it.

The Barbie dolls at the Barbie exhibit show was very pretty. I can just imagine what one of those dolls cost They were all beautiful. I am so glad that you were feeling better when you got to make the trip, and I know that your husband was a great help being there for you. And you also did a great job for the first time vlogging, do not give up doing it because the more you do it the better you are going to get I did not see anything wrong with at all.
