Always push the regulator horizontally. Pushing the regulator with the tool vertically is very risky to damage the balance spring.

The bracelet is the last thing I look on a watch. No matter how expensive a watch, I prefer nato or para strap. Don't have a bracelet fetish. You don't want a strong lume to give your position away. That will get you killed.

The site for this was says its brass, not bronze...is there a real difference? I'd buy this, but would rather have bronze.

Has it not recieved a ceramic bezel yet ? The paint chips badly after a few years hammer , the rest of the watch is solid , an aftermarket ceramic bezel insert would be a good thing

the stud for fixing the beat error if u make it accurate but u won't fix the beat error ur accuracy is going to be false when u wear it

I think it’s a great watch and after buying it while ago it’s getting more wrist time than my Speedy or Panerai base for daily wear . I found the lum isn’t as good as in more expensive makes but it’s a tiny compromise I feel getting such a great quality and brilliant look for a fraction of the cost on the more prestigious divers . I did my San Martin bronze diver a few days ago with lemon juice and an old worn out toothbrush. Along with the buckle I let it soak for about an hour, using the brush a couple of times very lightly. It came out as new, perfect. I turned the bezel two turns during the process, and then rinsed it with cool water, also turning the bezel while rinsing. Then I dried it with an old kitchen towel, put it back together and put it on. Beautiful watch.

Does the movement need to be stopped while adjusting, or left running?

Thanks for the tips. The F6922 in my Kamasu settled on +8.5..9 spd, which I didn't like, so regulated it to *under* 0.5 spd (in the all-day-round wearing mode) with the help of a software timegrapher on Android. Really requires some micrometric precision. In this case, only "dial down" position was available to me, but the trick is you want to get the software grapher to show about +5 spd in this "dial down" position, then it will be perfect on the wrist when it settles. The movement itself is extremely stable and shows very little positional deviation, if any. Never saw such performance before. Kudos to Orient!

Let's be honest. Just about the only selling point on this watch seems to be the orange dial. The thing is, I'd want it in a diver since to a large number of divers it's similar to the aesthetic of one of Jacques Cousteau's watches. And for people who read horrible fiction, I believe Clive Cussler's Dirk Pitt wears something similar to that model.

Man, this really proves how underrated Citizen has become outside their diver's and pilot style watches. To be fair, the Tsuyosa line is nice but this line trumps it.

Can a bronze watch fade or lose bronze look like plated gold watches ? Not talking about patina. Will the bronze be bronze forever? Don’t like patina look, hesitant to buy bronze watch.
