Jesus never said that. Do you have a verse that you are referring to? Mark 10:17-18, perhaps?

First I have to remember which version of the Bible used those terms, then I’ll let you know. No where in the Bible does Jesus say he is god.

@jameelabost9296 People like to throw around the statement that "Jesus never claimed to be God." And it is true that in all of scripture, Jesus never says the exact words, "I am God." But what is even more powerful is this: ‭‭ When Moses spoke to God in the Burning Bush, he asked, “If I come to the people of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ what shall I say to them?” God said to Moses, “I Am who I Am.” And he said, “Say this to the people of Israel: ‘I Am has sent me to you.’” (Exodus 3:13-14) When the Jews questioned Jesus, they asked, “You are not yet fifty years old, and have you seen Abraham?” Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I Am.” So they picked up stones to throw at him, but Jesus hid himself and went out of the temple. (John 8:57-59) So Jesus didn't say "I am God" in the way we humans may have expected him to, but he says, "I Am" in the way God himself declares. He affirmed it in the most "Godlike" way I can think of, and the Jews knew what he was claiming because they picked up stones to stone him for blasphemy. Jesus also said, "I and the Father are one." (John 10:30) And again, they picked up stones to stone him. You can say that you do not accept the claims of Jesus, but I don't think it is fair to argue that he never made claims of deity. The Pharisees sure thought he did.

None those scriptures clarifies that Jesus is god. Saying that he is one with “the father” can also mean that he is a prophet of god, when someone indicates that they are one with someone can mean that they are close like friends. Jesus also say that the only way to god is through him. Meaning that he can teach us the way to get to god. Jesus spoke of the coming of the last prophet that we are supposed to be following. Messages has been removed from the Bible for centuries and today. There are over thousands of versions of the Bible. The Quran confirms what is true in the Bible and the Torah. May God guide us all to the truth, Ameen.
