Beautiful. I once heard someone play a piano version of the adagietto from Les Biches, Poulenc ought to be played much more than he is.

Beautiful at times, and fun at others. Really really well played. Very nice moments of beauty in this piece. I love the main theme of it and I love that trill that keeps appearing, I feel like it's one of the most beautiful uses of a trill I can think of it adds a swelling feeling to the otherwise stable motion going on. I think your touch is nice and delicate but then you play nice and deep low bass notes when they come in. And then you added pauses and rallentandos where I don't see it written, but it sounds really great.

I must say, I've heard this piece a lot of times (I'm trying to learn it😅) and I think this is the most perfect version at least in terms of expression and color display, also in terms of "legato" passing through of different sections, it becomes so solid even if it is a "fluid" piece as most Debussy. Very emotional, I love it!! Enhorabuena ❤️

Much better than the rushed guys (Pollini is "perfect" but... 5.42 is rushed anyway 🤷). 6.10 sounds like the real deal. Wonderful

Just heard this played today at a local "house concert" in Eugene. Loved it so had to listen to it again. I hadn't really heard much of Poulenc before but this is so lovely and the pianist did a fantastic job of evoking mystery with certainty of the fingers.
