I have one of these and it worked great till a few weeks ago. It doesn't do hot anymore. Just lukewarm. I had it flushed yesterday for setiments and still it is not producing hot water. I did the meter test the prior day and for the unit it has two thermostats, the first read 0000 and the second one closest to the display said 0245. So one is reading while the other one is not reading anything. Was told by Rhreem it was clogged and needing flushing for setiments. Which we did and still same problem. Seems the rhreem lady was talking me down on the phone also. I think it needs a new thermostat. I bought a brand new home and the problem I had is it was put in less than a yr ago by the contractor and I don't have the warranty nor reciept which I told Rhreem and they won't honor the warranty from date of installation which is annoying.

NOT FOR CANADA. only for warn climates.I had trouble with flow sensor when it was installed ,3 years later now water is just warm NOT HOT.it's a big hassle trying to get repairs done over the phone.WARRANTY IS A SCAM'make sure you fill out the wattanty card and send it in before the 30 day or you DO NOT have a lifetime warranty. I Now i have to pay for parts and shipping.got scamed out of my so called lifetime warranty by the tech guy who told me i didn't have to bother with the card cause he put me in the system while i was on the phone with him.this 18 kw unit can only do 1 shower 'thats it.NOT 2 as advertized.NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR HASSLE.Hot water tank is way better .No savings on hydro either.

Man that is the worst background music selection I have ever heard. Normally can tune that crap out but this was so loud and abrasive and just BAD. couldn't finish video turned it off after 2 minutes. It was two minutes of torture I can't believe I endured it that long.
