Hi, thank you for taking the time out to watch. Do what you need to do for yourself, you will thank you later. I was very nervous before i started taking phentermine, i always had the what if's in my head. High blood pressure isn't nothing to play with as you know and i didn't want the meds to cause any issues. I lost 20 lbs in 4 months. I stopped taking it because i ended up having issues with my insurance and when it was fixed i ended up pregnant, i just had my son 3 weeks ago. However i gained 8 lbs the whole pregnancy. I also lost an additional 10 after giving birth right along with losing the 8lbs. I will be starting back up on it once i am done breast feeding. My first readings would be high but as you said the second reading are lower, take the meds then. I started taking a probiotic and walking more and that has overall helped lower my pressure. Eat less salty snacks / foods and add more potassium to help lower your pressure.

The least amount of weight I gained was with my third daughter and I only gained about 30lbs. The rest I gained allot, 70lbs with my first, and 50lbs+ with my second daughter. And I didn’t even really try to keep an eye this last time, cause I was already a little bigger then gained a ton of weight unfortunately. And I actually do walk allot. I work at Walmart on the front in as a cashier, so I always try to get the self check out so I can walk around as much as possible and count my steps lol. I set my goal steps to be at least 10,000 a day. Soon as I can afford one I’m going to get a Fitbit because I am always looking at my step count on my phone trying to keep track and counting in my head and then I get in trouble for being on my phone 🙄 and I don’t put salt on my food anymore and haven’t for a while now, sometimes I buy things like pistachios, or some thing that has salt on it but I don’t eat it that often. The what if’s in my head Drive me crazy. Can I ask how long u were planning to stay on it before ur issues with ur insurance? And if u had problems with preeclampsia during pregnancy? I’ve heard u can only be on it 4-6 weeks and then my friend said her husband was on them for 4-6 months… She thinks. But he lost over 150lbs! And a couple co workers said it works good and they liked it then of course there were also a couple that didn’t like it and didn’t have good things to say. I hate being so aware of my blood pressure nowadays. One last thing I wanted to ask is if it’s ok? was did u ever have bad side effects and if so what kind. Hey, thank you for commenting. I am on verapamil 240mg. I was nervous after taking my first pill, it felt like my heart was racing but stay hydrated. The pill definitely does the job and I was pleased.

Oh and you got this. I was able to lose 20lbs , I will get back on it at some point.

Hey, Thank you for your comment. So I completely understand. I feel jittery and at times can feel my blood pressure rising. Sometimes I feel weird and my blood pressure is fine. I have no idea if I should take my blood pressure meds first like my doc said, like hat the difference would be. But i've always felt that I should take it two hours after incase it rises. I understand how hard it is, I am jumping back in starting tomorrow and will have a new video Saturday. Id like to see what your results are for the week.

@@ThePartyPlanningMom I actually recently tried the oral "Rybelsus" but it worked only for the first few weeks. I later learned that Rybelsus is primarily used for diabetics. And while it does have some weight loss attributes - Rybelsus is intended more for diabetics (which I am not). Wegovy has a higher potency or weight loss, hence my reason for tying this.

Since we last messaged, I started a fasting routine where I each once a day and it's actually been a lot easier than I thought. I've lost 14 pounds so far and continue to make incremental progress each day. How are things going with you? Have you gotten any more results?

Yes fasting is the way to go. It's safe and it will help you lose weight and help get your blood pressure under control.

Hey, so my apologies. Any replies made from my phone haven't been showing up. I lost 19lbs and hit a stand still. I haven't used it in a little over a month. I will be starting back on Monday, as I will be adding a probiotic for gut health as well.

@@ThePartyPlanningMom i started these pills 14 years ago after my first son but with my last 3 pregnancies back to back I gained 30 pounds so yesterday I was like this weight has to come off the side effects I had was heart racing in the other years I took the pills but I lost the weight and when you not on the pills you start to crave everything so my started weight was 210 yesterday got on the scale 30 mins ago 200 pounds I peed so much yesterday and I just took the blood pressure pill and gonna eat around 1030 and take pill at 11 the pill keeps me full for about 8 hours then around 7 will eat salad with salmon and have an egg doing the day to snack if hungry just boil eggs.

How's that working out for you? I took one today to see how my body responds to it. I have high blook pressure but take medication for it everyday and keep it under control. Have you lost any weight? I felt a little jittery at first but it seems to have passed.
