Mods for Cars of 1950-1955 for GTA 5
El primeros Hard rock data del rock billi y vino con el psiqui, garaje , surf y blues rock ...
What we need, is a time machine, to go back to the fifties !
The Cramps listened to this music anytime they weren’t playing it. When they were in the tour van this music was in their tape deck!
The 50s, that' s when America was the greatest country in the whole world. And I said, it WAS the greatest country ! Not anymore.
Mumblin’ Guitar - Bo Diddley ‘59
Hasil is king
The Cramps knew all these but man, they *really* just mimicked Teen Rock by the Teen Rockers and ran with it. That swamp stomp.
Amazing list, genuinely the best video I've seen on this sort of thing. One more in case you don't know it, The Ventures' 2000 Pound Bee Parts 1 and 2, part 2 packing a little more punch than part 1 even. The first hit with a distortion pedal back in 1962. Also maybe toss in Marty Robbins' Don't Worry, for laughs, because of the accidental distortion creation in an otherwise unassuming song.
This is great, several completely new to me. The list does however need the presence of Joe Hill Louis's 'When I'm Gone' (1952) the howling guitar in which is way ahead of its time.
It’s called the blues
That's Pat Hare in the photo and actually playing guitar on the James Cotton track (25 sec). Great sound!!
Look out for their trousers now..... BTW punk is NOT the benchmark by which to measure everything else by..... it stinks just like everything else coming from the culture creators .... in fact it represents the final sell out of the human condition to the masters of this realm.... particularly modern day grunge punk trash.
Howlin Wolf Feast of the Maumaus and Constipation Blues. Funny guy.
I really hate horrorbilly. Hasil Adkins is dead I persuade. He gave me a lot PTSD.
outstanding sports car racing footage...the whole show is great!
What an awesome list! I’d personally add some Little Richard songs, he’s always seemed like an early version of screamo type rock. And also ‘Hard Headed Woman’ by Elvis Presley I think would work in this videos context 🙌
Hay or. In onla McAlester in facthowsithayingm y luck it sgoing some way that got togoo
3:20 Ronnie Self is channeling Little Richard. 3:50 You can hear Elvis in this song. 9:32 lol this is jazz rock. Honestly, half of these are aggressive, electric Blues.
They all sound so cool! I would've added Girl on my mind by Buddy Holly in the 50s section. ❤
All killer, no filler ❤❤❤
They all sound like the Cramps
Far too many ads! Unwatchable.
Sonzeira 🤘🏻
Music History, Awesome! :)
Rocket 88 was a good choice for the Ford Shoebox.
So who made the spotify playlist and left a link?
So many of these were way, WAY ahead of their time.
Y’all gotta check out the Laybacks too
Gruppo pazzesco con stile assurdo sound da panico e in live da sbattere la testa sui muri
Jeez, Vince Taylor and his band were monsters. Awesome stuff.
I don't want to speak ill of Booker T and the MGs, because that's just an amazing track. I would not call it "hard" though.
Hasil Adkins ia AWFUL!
Most of these are R&B or Rock-a-Billy.
There’s something so magical about this era. All the songs just burst with energy.
Gostei muito desse álbum É isso aí
Gostei muito desse álbum
Whats the name of the song where he's driving a 56 Ford?
Sweet as Whiskey cake
Hey there's not even one lousy Chrysler in this video! Just GM Cars ???
Rockabilly is amazing!
Train Kept A rollin was actually by the Rock & Roll Trio, which Johnny Burnette was a member of & the guitar riffs were played by Paul Burlisonwho created a sound all rockabilly bands tried to copy.
And "Lonsome Train" Johnny Burnette & Rocķ'n Roll Trio is still after 50years (since i heard if first time) one of my all time favorite tracks.
If anyone is interested, or not, the Bob Lander's entry for 1956 is Cherokee Dance, Featuring Willie Joe and His Unitar, the latter a single string guitar Mr. Jo has clearly mastered.
The Haze from WV. Love Hasil Adkins Ersel Hickey too from Rochester NY.
such awesome cool footage ♥♥
God I could live in that reverb
What's the name of the first song playing?
You forgot "I can't explain by The Who 1964" and "You're no good by Dee Dee Warwick 1963".
Booker T and th MGs?
How do you quantify “hardest” songs? Most of these are gay and shitty.
wow, things really changed after 1960..
