I’m sorry about all that drama between your grandpa,the 16 year old fiancé and your family. I can only imagine how confusing it must be, wanting to support him in his decisions but at the same time, not approving of it at all. I’ve been in a similar situation and once they find a connection to someone, they become stubborn and unwilling to see any warning signs. I know you might feel like the situation is hopeless, but I’m sure he knows that when his health was in danger, you were all there for him, however he might also be afraid that no one else will be with him, that he will die alone or something😔. All you can really do is be a safety blanket for him to fall back to :/ it really does suck but yeah (insert weird Segway into editing talk) YOU SHOULD BE SUPER PROUD OF ALL THESE PARTS!!
