😂
I'm jealous 😊
Good video like always!
I do not know why watching this is so satisfying
This guys awesome
My upper traps can empathize!
Nick is amazing, his performance as SpongeBob was phenomenal! This might be a silly question but is it best to do stretches / rehab exercises first thing in the morning or in the evening? Does it make a difference depending on the condition?
those were some good cracks!
Felt those!!!

Chiropractors are a scam, find a real doctor.
If I may ask, random upset internet stranger, what constitutes a “real doctor” in your eyes? 👀
Love it. Learnt something new
So happy you did!
Thank you for another amazing video!
And thank you for your unending support Janae :)
@@DrAdamCSolis my pleasure!
bro really said im not made for the spotlight. Thanks doctor adam!!🙄
Another awesome video, Dr. Adam! Curious to know for active patients, is it best to do rehab exercises before or after working out?
What about just numbness in both forearms. Mainly whikectrying to sleep but also when awake and lifting my phone while sitting on couch? I can't even sleep anymore at all. Its been 5 days. Hurts under left shoulder blade and left shoulder/ clavicle.
On the surface level, this sounds a lot like "Thoracic Outlet Syndrome" (TOS for short). There are numerous potential sites of impingement that the arm nerves/vessels must pass through upon exiting (outlet) the neck (thoracic), 2 of which are under the clavicle and pec minor (which I can see being mislabeled as the "front" of the shoulder blade). Please keep in mind this judgement is in absence of a full medical history, or physical exam, and therefore should not be relied upon solely. Read up on it, and see a musculoskeletal practitioner (physio, exercise-based chiro) who is familiar with the diagnosis. Have them complete a full history & physical exam, and following their lead. I hope you get some help soon - thank you for your comment!
Another good video from you! Thanks for sharing!
I have a severe V4 arterial stenosis.. dove into a pool at age 18.. in labor at age 21 husband was helping with my body / neck pushing very hard to hold pushing position at my head and neck and shoulders, had severe headaches age 30-45, found adrenal tumor , headaches stopped after the adrenalectomy at age 45. No headaches since but found at age 73 to have this stenosis, no symptoms, except for high Bp. I’m told I can’t get it stented.. I wonder if the stenosis is from the pool accident .
V4 arterial stenosis (narrowing) may refer to multiple different things (atherosclerosis, calfcification, dissection (yikes), direct bony compression etc.) I would say that saying your jump into the pool causing arterial stenosis at age 73 is a bit of a jump. While I suppose it's possible that the trauma may have started an exceptionally-long chain of events that culminated 65 years later, I'd argue just as readily that depending on the form of stenosis (specifically direct bony compression, as this falls within my scope of practice/understanding), that you developed the "normal" bony degeneration that occurs in 95% of the population reaching an elderly age, albeit in an unfortunate location. I am obviously not speaking to the other forms of arterial stenosis, as these are outside of my scope. Also understand that this is simply my gut feeling with a limited health history and no physical exam (aka not medical advice). Thank you for your comment & support - wishing you a long & healthy life!
@@DrAdamCSolis thank you…regarding the idea of a bone type pressure is on the artery ,can anything be done about the pressure , like removing the bony pressure?? The vascular and neurologist Doc’s say they can’t do anything to open the artery as it is too dangerous to attempt to do so. Thanks…
@@speaktruth9313 Removing bony degeneration outright is a surgical procedure , which I can't comment on specifically. What I can say having a concept of the anatomy is that the using a bone shaver in a very small space while millimetres away from a very important artery seems... unwise in all but the most dire circumstances. Managing the symptoms is a significantly safer route.
@@DrAdamCSolis thank you for your thoughts…
So i have been trying to tell doctors about the pains i get for years. They give me stretches to do and that's all well and good but the pains have been getting worse now and has spread to my hip.. the pains started near my perineum area, then lower back and now its fully in my hip. I worked long shifts and i noticed when i got home i would be fine. But i would rest for maybe an hour and then when i tried to stand up i had pains shooting from my lower back into my hip and i almost collapsed... The doctors are not listening and said i just need to do the stretches. The pain only happens after ive been on my feet for a long time... I have debated seeing a chiropractor but im not sure if it will help or make things worse... Im tired of being in pain. I enjoy working but at this rate i wont be able to anymore.. im only 25 :/
Oh no! Very sorry to hear you are going through that. Having pain to the point of not being able to work at age 25 is definitely not the norm! If a patient like you presented to my office, I would say you sound like a textbook example of someone I could help. I would recommend you see one with high google ratings in your area (or that a friend/family member recommends). As well, seek one who’s appointments are 20-30 minutes in length, and offers pay-as-you-go billing, in order to get more effective treatments and avoid any potential predatory financial approaches (grossly over swollen treatment plans). Hope you get some relief, and if you’re ever in the GTA stop in to say hi :)
@@DrAdamCSolis thank you, this is greatly appreciated, However, where is GTA? 😅 If I'm ever around I'll be sure to come in and say hi
Ah yes - the Greater Toronto Area. Southern Ontario
@@DrAdamCSolis Ah okay 😊 Thank you, hopefully I will be travelling around abroad next year so if I come your way I'll swing by 😊
The joy of a female going to the doctor. Find a female POC for your care. They usually listen better. Also (unfortunately true) if you have a male that will go with to be the ahole that forces them to listen I would use it. My husband forced an ER doc to do some tests when they said ‘it’s just a pinched nerve’ and found out I had to have a kidney stone surgically removed
She is cute
@charlottedobre ?
Weird. Why?? That tap on the knee seemed very inappropriate.
Hi Myopenmind, They hate it cause it feels awful! And good catch - it’s very important to know which patients you have this kind of rapport with. In Steph’s case, we’ve been friends and working together all summer, and it’s well established that we’re comfortable. This would be a moderate no-no for meeting someone the first time! Thanks for your comment - I urge you to keep an “open mind”, get it? Have a great long weekend! 😀
Ouch 😅😊
Bro… Just admit you went in to a bunk ass field, and pivot out. It’s what I would do I your shoes.
Copium Maximus
I'll be the odd one to say I never liked this one because it made the ligaments around my CMC joint with more laxity than I'd want with very rare subluxations from time to time.
Patient has a great voice and beautiful facial features. Good video.
You're a flatterer - I'm sure you've made her smile :)

Most of my audience here is according to the analytics. All good - happy to set an example of what you should be looking for in a chiro 👀
Watching you work is amazing. Also I hope I don't have that look on my face when you crack my neck.
You did the first time but since then have become much more relaxed :P see you soon!
Nice technique you are train for that.

Way back in the 90s, I was in the Navy and hurt my back. Went into medical and the Dr did this move on me. I nearly pee'd myself in relief 😅
Getting an anterior adjustment (what this is) is always a ride for the first time. When I first got one I was 15 years old after slipping a rib playing football. Couldn’t stop laughing for 20 minutes afterwards in relief 😂
@DrAdamCSolis I started crying! Like I got a full reset! It was amazing.
Omg his back is so red😂

Say paraspinal erector muscles 5 times fast!! Another awesome video!
Such a scam
NO. THIS IS NOT GOOD. High risk for injury. It's very painful 😳
Hi Granna - it could be that this is just not the right treatment method for you. Rest assured, it is very safe, effective, and feels good when done by someone licensed & not rushing to get through an assembly line of patients. Be well! :)
Great video. Great clickbait.
I am most definitely not above a degree of good clickbait 🫡
