Thats the reaction we were looking for
Whoever welded that big pointer at the bottom of the cracked severely hurt this attatchments ability to apply high psi force into the rubble. Remove the pointed bottom tooth and this would work much much better.
Do you sell the screw cone alone?
The cone is built for the Black Splitter models so we do not sell the cone only at this time unless you have a Black Splitter. Thank you.

Whats the main reason for this product?
To split or downsize large diameter logs to be processed by a chipper or firewood processor with a compact machine.

Can you reverse the cone if it gets stuck?
Yes, the reversible, orbital motor used by Black Splitter requires a bi-flow auxiliary hydraulic circuit so you have the ability to reverse and back out if the log or stump will not split on the 1st attempt. Please let us know if you have any further questions. We do have units in stock :)

Where is this work being done? Why is the wood being split? What will the wood be used for?
John, the work is being done in Aston, PA by Mulch Express. The purpose is to reduce the large logs (and stumps) to be easily processed into mulch by a horizontal grinder.
