Hi. At 2.35 you put the tape in a specific way, because most ankle injuries are on the outer part of the ankle. I injured mine in the inner part. Can I still tape it the same way?
Hi Hannah, you can tape it neutrally, starting with the middle of the tape going on the fat pad, then pulling both sides tight up the sides to the anchor! Hope this helps

You can play grass april - october! Really depends on the weather, and yes most people also play indoors!

A lot of these seem to be from the same area/tournament. Is there a specific tournament that those highlights are from? Would love to come play in it one year if it is an annual tournament!
Most of these clips are from leagues and tournaments from Greater Vancouver BC! Most of the tournaments are annual, one of the bigger ones is Salmonfest hosted by Cambie Sports!

do you have any shoe reccomendations for grass? i usually just go barefoot but want to wear sneakers
trail runners are good! something low profile with lots of grip and support, cushioning is less important as long as the grass is soft! i use new balance minimus trail V2

join a beginner league with friends! film yourself and watch a lot of videos online!

Yeah just nylon rope! And a thin fabric elastic band for the back row attack line in R4’s
Question, is it illegal to open hand receive a serve?
Depends on the league/tournament! Most organizers don’t allow open hand passing for serves and free balls, but a select few like Salmonfest do!
