My aunt and uncle had a house built on top of a mountain and it was flat on top large enough to have some cattle on it. they lived there for 50 years. never complained about the road. I think it would make a great place for you two. Nothing like owning your own land.

We drove by Salt Lake but never went in the water. I can't believe he kissed you, thought I would never see him show any affection toward you. You both look like a cute couple . Friendly advice from experience think about the cost of living in such a property that requires a four wheel drive to get to . A hill is ok but switchbacks going up is a more logical approach and easier to navigate even for a car . If I could find my ideal land with a house it would be in a valley and near to a water supply that runs year round for a possible generator and solar panels set up . Shade under some strong healthy trees and an opening to maybe have a garden . A well to have my own water supply and a root cellar for food storage . Hey if your gonna dream big maybe satellite internet and local over the air tv channels lol . Be safe and enjoy each other , make this life successful and put God first :)😉

Maybe try to put an actual atv battery and not use the jump box as the main battery. I'm saying this because I had a similar problem and I was having issues until I disconnected the jump box when I got a new battery and once I fired it up never had the problem again. And later I had a dead battery from leaving the lights on it I use the jump box and I left the jump box hooked up and everything was fine I think because the jump box was hooked up alone with a completely ruined battery still in the system that was causing the problem but with a dead good battery in the system the jump box was working okay
