Airbnbs should not be allowed to terrorize other nice areas & other homeowners in single family homes , let’s be honest it’s allowing businesses & party houses to open up at any time next to you in your single family homes to have drunken parties. We live in a very nice area & a neighbor decided instead of having a job to open an Airbnb so the huge parties started & naked drunk weirdos & drug heads galore came flooding in to party & wreak havoc on our area. We have had nasty trash like tampons & condoms & other horrible things in the trash get dumped over into our yard, tons of trespassing & blocking driveway & cul-de-sac, noise & nakedness & a drunk guy tried to attack me on my porch, we have been bullied & screamed at by Airbnb’s dozens of times. We have had to spend thousands to deal with the issues. It’s totally unacceptable & the owners are responsible for it all!
