I want you to know that this video changed my brain chemistry when it came out. It permanently changed how I listen to the musical and my sense of humor. I still come back to this video on occasion. I listen to this musical anytime I have to write papers, and I always think of this video. In 2019-2020 i was around the ages of 11-12 and i was incredibly hyperfixated on Natasha Pierre and The Great Comet of 1812. Somehow i can across this video and somehow it truly left an impact. I’m turning 16 soon and its crazy how 1. time goes by so fast, and 2. How i watched this video so much that i can not listen to “The Duel” from NP&TGC without thinking of this dang video LMAO. I’m also possibly seeing a production of Great Comet at a local theater in a neighboring state soon, and I’m planning on reading war and peace this summer vacation!

I recently saw great comet with my best friend (who i met through comet 4 years ago) and when anatole sang his line about being a duck they whispered "agua" to me 😭 the impact of this video is incredible i still think about it. also then 5 hours later lucas steele saw the show and i met him and cried a lot
