A little problem with stage 5 that put us out of the top 2 spots in my division. Oh, well. Next time.

I miss my #HorsePals ... They Know Friends and Connect ... #trump would be ignored.
She's a sweetheart.
So beautiful.
"Hi" 'hi' "What's goin' on?" 'nothin'
Gorgeus baby🐎❤🇺🇸👍
She is so gorgeous 😍
I wish there was an app with all the noises and communications so you could click them and “talk” to your horse. That would be amazkng
That's fantastic Larry. What an unusual sport. Never heard of it. Are you one of the shooters. Couldn't quite figure that out!
Excellent riding Paul Revere.
What’s her name?
Her name was Roxy. She passed later in 2013.
@@larrygould. Sorry about Roxy. How old was she?
She was 16. She passed as a result of an injury that happened a year earlier. It was a very sad day for me and everyone out at the ranch.
@@larrygould. What injury and don’t you have other horses with you?
I'm floating❤

Still missing the balloons!
😜🤠
It's no fun without the balloons!
Very nice ride but, get a haircut!
We have an 8 year old Mini-Horse and she greets me with those low rumbles daily. If I don't immediately walk to her stable, but she sees me on the property... I get a loud whinny.
It's not as fun when you are not shooting at (Mickey Mouse) balloons! 😂
I think I might have a hard time shooting Mickey. 🤣
@@larrygould Okay, good point.
Horsey!!! 🥺🥺🥺🥺
Still making the old Disney friends proud!
🤣🤣🤣
needs a fly shield
You made all of your old Disney friends proud!
LOL!!
get rid of those flies!
This is fantastic! Thank you for uploading it. Would you mind if I used a little bit of this in a video I'm making about one of Ken Anderson's projects? I'll give credit for it. No worries if no, but thank you for uploading it anyhow.
Sure, that would be fine. I would like to see your video when you finish it. I haven't uploaded another video from the same talk where Ken is talking about going with Walt in the top of Cinderella's castle trying to figure out how they might use the space. Turns out they found ferral cats up there. It's a pretty funny story. There are others on the same tape from Ken's presentation.
@@larrygould Thank you very much! And of course, I'll link it to you when it's finished. Seeing the other videos would be awesome as well. It's ironic about the cats given that they use some now to manage the rodent population, hehe. Would be keen to see that, though. Thank you for your archival of this stuff, though, it's really wonderful to see, especially about such interesting characters.
@@larrygould Hi Larry! I finished my video. Unfortunately, it ended up being about Ken a lot less than I had intended it to be, but I still included a small clip from your video in there. The video may not be to your tastes, but thank you for allowing me to use the clip in any occasion! ua-cam.com/video/ZC-IpwBv4mE/v-deo.html
That is a unique cluck whinny she has. Absolutely lovely. Willing to bet half my next check she only uses that whinny with you or others she REALLY likes. Thanks for sharing sincerely!
He sounds like Chris from Family Guy.

The flies are terrible. She's free to walk around now, but still needs the basics of horse care--one being freedom from flies and their larvae.
I love that soft whinny
Verygood
For those of you who aren't used to being around horses, please make a mental note of that horsey greeting, and if you're ever in the presence of a horse that does that, please reply when you've been spoken to! ASIDE: I think there is a group of people who haunt UA-cam and click the thumbs down on everything. They must have miserable lives!
Reply to the horse as in talking like he did? I’m not familiar with horses and a friend of mine, whom I have become closer with over the past year, has horses and has invited me to meet them. I am looking forward to meeting them in a safe way-she knows I have no horse experience. Also, what is a PMU horse? Thank you!
I love horses and I went to the countryside recently and saw a beautiful horse in a field so I pulled over and walked over and called the horse like I would call for my cat and did the same gesture the horse approached me making this exact noise and it was very sweet to me on the way home from my holiday a week later I saw the same horse did the same gesture I didn't say anything but it ran over I have spent the past few months wondering if it liked me I hope it did it let me pat it both times.
My horse does this as well, I love it and of course I speak back to her
Love those soft nickers. My Max would talk to me and give me hugs.
I speak horse, she said hey buddy, wipe these damn bugs out of my eyes!
In the midst of all the insanity of the world, you and your gentle horse provide peace (in 48 seconds). Thank you🐴
Let us know how she is now. Very thankful she's been rescued from being a PMU mare! Such a sweetie! What's her name?
Unfortunately, Roxy passed later that year. We couldn't over come the new injury that she had to her knee.
How sweet you are a very kind man she loves you lots.
Such a majestic creature. When I drove through Grand Escalante NM (using cottonwood rd), I came across a small town just outside the Monument. There was one has that had a barn. The horses were out and one of them was actually blindfolded. I approached the horses and talked to them briefly. I took couple of pics and drove off to another adventure. It was a special experience!
i wonder if what you thought was a blindfold was actually a fly mask. they look like blindfolds! a mask to keep flies out of horses' eyes.
Hmmm I'm not sure about that. I didn't notice any flies around. I'm gonna have to look at the pictures again. I remember there was a Buffalo there too which didn't have a blindfold
@@thatmichiganguy i've never seen a fly mask on anything but a horse. even a few flies can really drive some horses nuts.
@@redshoesgirl Oh, I had no idea. I'm a typical city boy who doesn't know much about the wild life or nature but I do appreciate it!
I would bet a week's pay it was a fly mask. We use them a lot during 'fly season'. Where there are horses, there will be flies lol. Many times when we put the horses out in the pasture we put the fly masks on all day. I also use them when transporting our horses as at highway speeds all kinds of dust, dirt, hay chaff, etc really can whip around the horses head if you have their windows down or open.
Horse be like yeah whatever when's lunch?
Ok. Solve this for me. Is that a whinnie or a nicker or a neigh?
She must be related to the horse Fritz that bowed his head when introduced.

As she approached you my head was like "hi, sweetie" and then you went and actually said it. What a horrible fate to be a PMU mare. Glad she is there with you, now.
Sorry, English is not my first language What is a pmu mare and why is it so horrible?
PMU mare means they are locked up in a very tiny space where they can't even move around and they are inseminated so their urine will be packed with hormones. Because they collect their urine, they also keep the mares with very little water so the urine comes out more concentrated. They are used in the making of progesterone for female hormonal medication. Again, the pharmaceutical industry doing horrible things to poor, innocent animals. The urine collector is wrapped between their legs all the time, which causes pain and infections. Since they're inseminated, the foals have two fates when they are born. If they are females, they are kept as a PMU mare to replace their mothers. If they are males, they are sent to the auction or to slaughter. Once the mare can't get pregnant anymore, she is sent to slaughter too, where someone will strike her in the head and or slice her throat open. It is a demonic industry.
