In the base rules of the original game there is a loophole with the nope card where it basically tells you what you can not do but it is very specific in other words it’s not broad enough for example let’s say draw the exploding kitten and you don’t have a defuse well then nope the other players victory or nope your lose you can even get really annoying and nope somone from this round

How about Raising Heck? Imo it has the same defence as Draw from the bottom - BUT you can just place it in the top, in case you draw an EK 🤪

I'm an avid tabletop gamer & long time Survivor fan. However, after watching your review I may have to pass on the game. I was hoping the game play would some how mimic the format of the show. Meaning that playing the game is like being on the show. For example, including "Challenges" that teams or individuals could compete in to earn immunity from the vote. Seems like like a game loosely based on TV format, but doing a pretty good job of pushing the Survivor IP & theme. Just isn't enough for me. For years i have been looking for a party game that provided the Survivor experience, but this isn't it.

Also Blockbuster is from Big Potato. The game is basically you'll get three movies and you have to use the characters and act it out on one, quote one, and use one word on one. The game includes a lot of movies people may have heard of.

You can't Say Umm is from Big Potato. It's a lot like Poetry for Neanderthals. But instead of one syllable. you can't say umm and there's crazier rules the farther you go. Also joining the club is free!

In December I was ironically searching the internet to see if a Survivor board game existed only to find out a few days later that they actually would be making one! I was so excited about it and finally got the chance to play it tonight with some friends. Unfortunately we had more than 6 people which is my biggest gripe with the game, hopefully they make a expansion or something in the near future because 4 or less players feels too little to me and having more than 6 would make the game even more fun and competitive. This however did allow me to be the role of Jeff basically since I’m a huge survivor fan while my other friends played the game and they don’t know much about the show but this did interfere with the leader aspect of the game a little bit. I also do think the final tribal council should be determined through voting through the box again, the pointing feel’s useless and not in theme with the game and show. Other than those two things it was a lot of fun and I can’t wait to play it again!

Played this with my fam and it’s so fun. P.S there’s a secret card hidden in the box 🤫
