Last suggestion buy the john deer 3650 and run workers on contracts in the background

If the pottinger hoe comes up in the sell and you can afford it switch out your seeder to it can use the hoe for both weeding and hoeing contracts

Check the hp for the base game 4m (10k) subsoiler it can be upgraded for 1500 to 6m. Can fill all your cultivating needs faster which means you can get more contracts done faster

Not leasing including borrowing equipment for contracts is very limiting what I could suggest. My first thought was buy the flower mill for 36k and grab every harvesting contract you can and dump the extra straight in the flower mill. Contracts would get you back your 36lk pretty quick and the flower would be a big profit come December

The big stump load stump grinder drive over the stup si that the inside of the stup grinder connects with stump. It won't work for the big stumps backing into the stump

Fertilizer spreader opens more contracts but land is majority important. I would get the Fertilizer spreader first. Makes you money while waiting for your silage to ferment. Also adding Fertilizer to your grass means you get more geass

I have a theory tho (because I had two trees that didnt vanish once) Try to cut off a small piece of each log and sell it. Then finish the contract. The rest of the logs then potentially will not have disappeared. Couldnt test it yet tho.
